What it does.
The front office
- Answers clinic calls and WhatsApp messages in English and Malay.
- Books, moves and cancels appointments against the doctor’s calendar.
- Phones the doctor or nurse to confirm a booking, and sends urgent cases up an escalation order. If the doctor does not answer, the nurse’s phone rings.
- Sends reminders and makes follow-up calls.
- Lets nurses log walk-ins and visit notes by voice.
- Shows a live queue with a public link and wait estimates.
- Keeps calls and messages in one inbox.
The boundary
- Give medical advice. Anything medical goes to the doctor or nurse.
- Handle an emergency itself. It tells the caller to go to the nearest emergency department first.
- Pretend to be a person. It says it is an AI.

Each person sees only their own view. Iceberg sets up the agents, channels and voice for the clinic, so the clinic does not have to.
